ABOUT ME
I have born in 1979 in northern Italy. My mother is from Belgium and my father is from Eritrea, so I can't give you my correct nationality!
But being raised into a mixed family helped me to develop cosmopolitan personality and thinking: I aquired from my roots much respect for cultures and traditions and love and pride for our beloved Eritrea.
I got graduated from an art+ graphics high school in july 1998 and got a degree in graphical advertising design. I started working as designer soonafter, but I have been also practicing into the social umanitary environment since school time.
I have been experiencing from Summer Activities Kid's Programme coordinator for my town's Urban Services to collaborator in the italian section of the Parada Foundation Emergency Project based in Bucharest and started by Miloud Oukili - 1999 UNICEF Prize.
I learned so much from this experience and this is my way for sure! I hope I'll be soon able to do something within these social realities around: I'd love to collaborate to any project started by international organizations like UNICEF in favor of Eritrea, especially for kids and women.
I've never been to Eritrea yet, which makes me really sad, but I am planning to travel a lot in my lifetime and I think I won't be going anywhere else if I don't see my homeland first! See what a good job my family did: I can't help to consider myself eritrean body and soul!
I really want to stop there for a while to deeply feel my roots and realize how much Sha'bia I actually am! But I also want to live in Paris for a while, so far. I just fell in love for La Ville Lumiére at once, believe me! I have been to Strasbourg as well, to participate to the First Youth Assembly at the Council of Europe. I was representing the north-eastern area Social-Umanitary field for the italian delegation. It was an amazing experience and Strasbourg is such a wonderful place: it is different from Paris but it shows a distinct german influence.
I've been to Switzerland for a couple of days only, but have been traveling quite a lot around Italy though: been to Rome, Milan, Florence, Sicily and hundreds of other art spots in the north side.

ABOUT MY INTERESTS
Yes, I am a big fan of art in all of its expressions and always lloking for a good chance to visit exhibitions or conferences! And guess what: Venice is just around the corner for me!
Just some my favorite artists are Dalì, Picasso, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Delvaux and italian futurists Boccioni and Balla. But I may say I am in love with every artist I can learn something from.
Infact I love spending most of my free time painting and experiencing new drawing techniques.
I also enjoy writing poems and reading, but my real passion is music! I can't stop listening to it or even dancing or singing! I am proud of the european sound cause it is cool and well mixed and djs are some of the best in the orld, but my heart beats for hip hop and r'n'b with all that's in between! From soul to reggae and jazz sonorities not forgetting tigrinya! Me and my friend Lili like to try out always different clubs: she's my parner in crime!
